Product Pricing

Free products available on our platform may become paid in the future. Paid products may also be offered for free or at a discount during promotions.
Payments
We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process payments. We do not store sensitive payment information such as card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking password.
Users should ensure that payment details are correct before completing a transaction. If payment is deducted but order is not created, users should contact support with payment proof.

Physical Products

Although we try to provide useful and accurate content, AI-generated output may contain errors, incomplete information, or formatting issues. Notes Drive AI may use credits, paid plans, rewarded ads, or promotional offers. Purchased or rewarded credits may be subject to usage limits, validity, and platform rules.
Advertisements and Rewarded Ads
Notes Drive may show advertisements in the website or mobile app. Rewarded ads may be used for features such as free downloads or earning Notes Drive AI credits.
Ad availability is not guaranteed. If ads are not available, certain reward-based features may not work temporarily.
Publishing or Uploading Material
Users or sellers may be allowed to upload study material on Notes Drive, subject to approval. Uploaded material will not be published automatically. It may be reviewed by our team before publishing.
We usually try to review uploaded material within 24 hours, but in some cases the review process may take longer.
Copyright and Prohibited Content
Users and sellers are strictly prohibited from uploading, selling, or sharing copyrighted content without proper permission. This includes copyrighted books, PDFs, notes, guides, question papers, images, or any other protected material.
If any user or seller uploads copyrighted, illegal, misleading, harmful, or prohibited content, Notes Drive may remove the content, cancel orders, suspend downloads, block the account, or take legal action if required.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they own the rights to the material they upload or have legal permission to sell or distribute it.
Seller Terms
Sellers may upload and sell educational study material on Notes Drive, subject to approval and platform rules.
Sellers must provide accurate product details, correct files, and valid ownership information. Notes Drive may reject or remove seller products that do not meet our quality, copyright, or policy requirements.
Seller Payments and Withdrawals
Seller earnings may be eligible for withdrawal after reaching the minimum withdrawal amount set by Notes Drive. Currently, sellers may request withdrawal after completing earnings of ₹100, subject to verification.
Withdrawal requests may be processed after checking order status, refund risk, payment status, and seller account details. Processing time may vary depending on bank, UPI, payment gateway, or verification requirements.
Notes Drive may deduct payment gateway charges, refund amounts, penalties, or other applicable charges where required.
User Reviews and Comments
Users may post reviews, ratings, or comments on products. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and relevant to the product or service.
Notes Drive may remove reviews or comments that are abusive, fake, misleading, promotional, spam, or against our policies.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use Notes Drive for illegal activities
- Upload or share copyrighted material without permission
- Resell or redistribute downloaded files without permission
- Create fake accounts or misuse OTP/login systems
- Misuse coupons, offers, rewarded ads, or referral systems

Account Suspension or Termination
