This Shipping Policy explains how and when your digital and physical orders are delivered.


1. Delivery of Digital Products (PDF Notes)

All PDF notes sold on NotesDrive.com are digital products.

Instant Delivery

  • After successful payment, the PDF file(s) are instantly delivered to your registered email address.
  • You can also download your purchased PDFs anytime from your account dashboard:
    https://notesdrive.com/my-account

Download Issues

If you face any problem accessing your PDFs (corrupted file, download error, missing file), please contact us at:

2. Shipping of Physical Products (Printed & Spiral-Bound Notes)

NotesDrive also offers printed and spiral-bound hardcopy notes, which are shipped through Shiprocket using our partnered courier services.

2.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days.
  • During high-order seasons, processing may take 1 additional day.

2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5โ€“7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7โ€“10 business days

2.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Product weight
  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability

2.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations.
You may be charged a small COD handling fee displayed at checkout.


3. Order Tracking

Once your physical order is shipped:

  • You will receive an SMS/email with the tracking number,
  • You can track your shipment through the given courier link or via Shiprocketโ€™s tracking page.

If your tracking number does not update for 48โ€“72 hours, please contact us.


4. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

A shipment may be returned to us (RTO) if:

  • The customer is unavailable at delivery address
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Delivery is refused
  • Wrong/incomplete address is provided

In case of RTO:

  • For prepaid orders, reshipping will be done after the customer confirms the address. Extra courier charges may apply.
  • For COD orders, the order will be canceled automatically.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A misprinted book
  • Wrong content

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Or reprint and reship at no extra cost

6. International Shipping

Currently, NotesDrive does not offer international shipping for physical products.
However, all PDF downloads are available worldwide.
